Before: agree the terms
- Spots and type — how many, guaranteed or FCFS, which mint phase, any price difference.
- Network and wallet type — which chain the mint is on, so winners submit the right wallet.
- Entry requirements — which X accounts to follow, which post to like, repost or comment on, Discord roles, and any holder requirements.
- Schedule — start and end in UTC, plus the deadline for delivering the winner list.
- Winner data — wallets only, or Discord/X usernames too, and in what format.
- Handoff — who sends the list, to whom, and how: export, private link, or automatic delivery to the partner’s X account.
- Announcements — who posts what, and when; joint copy for the reveal.
During: run it cleanly
- Use the agreed requirements exactly, and make the partner’s actions (follow, like, repost) required.
- Share the raffle link with the partner so both communities can see the rules.
- Announce in Discord and pin the X post; answer questions in one thread.
- Keep an eye on entries for obvious bot patterns (see stopping bots).
After: deliver and follow up
- Draw winners and review the list before sending it.
- Deliver the list by the agreed deadline in the agreed format — and confirm receipt.
- Announce winners publicly without private details.
- Remind winners before mint.
- Swap results: entries, new followers, conversion to minters. It makes the next collab easier to agree.
